This publication provides insight into the fundamental aspects of tax planning for multinational corporate groups in Nigeria.
In this edition, we considered the recent statutory developments in the Nigerian tax terrain in 2022 and the impact of international tax developments on local and multinational corporate entities from a tax planning perspective. We also examined recent significant decisions of the Nigerian courts and the tax appeal tribunal on tax disputes, which have shaped the contemporary tax environment. The publication will serve as a working compass in navigating through the changing landscape of the Nigerian tax system.
