  • Advising Sunrise Power and Transmission Company in an ICC arbitration against the Federal Government of Nigeria in respect of a USD6 billion hydro-power project in North-East Nigeria.
  • Advised and successfully represented Zhongshang Fucheng Industrial Investment Co. Ltd in an investment treaty arbitration against the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  • Successfully represented a Nigerian company in a Domestic Arbitration in respect of disputes arising from an agreement relating to the provision of technology solutions for universal airtime recharge.
  • Representing a beverage company in an employment termination claim of over N1,100,000,000.00 (One Billion, One Hundred Million Naira)
  • Represented an Egyptian company in a breach of contract claim for over USD400mm instituted by Onelink Intl Reo Limited.
  • Advised and represented the Federal Government Pension Transitional Arrangements Directorate (PTAD) in the recovery of an aggregate sum of circa N50,000,000,000.00 (Fifty Billion Naira) owed to it by some insurance underwriters.
  • Currently representing a Nigerian telecommunication company in an appeal against the judgment of the High Court of Yobe State delivered against the company in an action for negligence.
  • Successfully represented a Nigerian company at the High Court of Lagos State in a debt recovery claim of over USD5mm arising out of an investment agreement.
